1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on clubraiz.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2Description of Service
Club Raíz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform enabling real estate developers, agencies, and agents to publish, market, and sell pre-construction real estate projects. The Service includes:
- •Project listing and management tools
- •AI-powered chatbot (Sofia) for 24/7 lead capture and qualification
- •Integrated CRM with pipeline management
- •Calendly integration for scheduling property visits
- •WhatsApp Business integration
- •Analytics, reporting, and lead-scoring dashboards
- •Multi-portal distribution network
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your company. By using Club Raíz you confirm your use complies with all applicable laws and that you are not subject to trade sanctions or embargoes.
4Accounts and Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at gerencia@clubraiz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5Subscriptions and Billing
Club Raíz offers monthly and annual recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. All prices are in USD:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Paddle's own terms apply to all transactions.
6Free Trial
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with full Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
7Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing gerencia@clubraiz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date.
8Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- •Engage in unlawful purposes or publish false listings
- •Scrape platform content or data
- •Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
- •Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
- •Resell access without authorization
- •Send unsolicited commercial communications
9Intellectual Property
All platform content and features are owned by Club Raíz and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
11Limitation of Liability
Club Raíz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
13Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or in-platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
