Refund Policy

Important summary: The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Paid subscription charges are non-refundable except in the cases described in section 3.

Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all its features.

No credit card is required to start the trial.

If you cancel before the 7 days end, no charge is made. The account is automatically deactivated when the trial period expires if no subscription is activated.

Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are final once the billing period has started. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellations within the current cycle.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to make recurring charges until cancellation.

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes based on your billing country, managed by Paddle.

When We DO Issue Refunds

Duplicate Charge

Two or more charges were made for the same billing period.

Unauthorized Charge

The charge was made without your consent and you can substantiate it.

Verified Service Outage

The platform was continuously inaccessible for more than 72 hours due to causes attributable to ClubRaíz, verified by our technical team.

Billing Error on Our Part

An incorrect amount was charged due to an error in our billing system.

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Send an email to gerencia@clubraiz.com with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]"
  2. 2Include in the body: the email registered on your account, the exact charge date, the amount charged, and the reason for your request.
  3. 3Attach the payment receipt or Paddle transaction number if available.
  4. 4Our team will respond within a maximum of 1 business day to confirm receipt.
  5. 5Approved requests are resolved within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings panel, with no need to contact us.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

We send you an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so you can decide with time to spare.

Once cancelled, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
